Discord Event: Baconette’s Crispy and Creepy Night Highlights

It was an autumn night: dark, silent, and cold. It was perfect for a scary story night! In fact, it was absolutely perfect for our Discord Event, themed Baconette’s Crispy and Creepy Night! We featured some of the scariest stories we had heard from our Discord Server members.

The Stories

Story No. 1 Ely lived in a house where the front yard was near a cemetery. In one of her paranormal experiences, she saw her dad cooking in the kitchen, but he ignored her. Moments later, her dad came back from outside. If her dad had been outside the entire time, who was the guy who was in the kitchen cooking?

Story No. 2 Na-ri lived in a room separate from their main house. His room was near a big tree where he always heard footsteps cracking on the roof. He told his auntie about this, but his auntie had no response. He lived in this room for two years and heard these footsteps almost every day. Even when he checked the roof, there was no evidence of anyone or anything.

Story No. 3 *****’s mom had a miscarriage, but before this, she was visited by an old, creepy woman. This old, creepy woman came out of nowhere and was a complete stranger to the family. She creepily said, “Pang anim na buwan mo na ha, mukhang malusog ang bata!” (It is your 6th month of pregnancy and your baby looks very healthy). There was also a creepy and unexplainable sound on their roof when her mother was pregnant. After this, her mom had the miscarriage. They believe it was a Tiktik, a supernatural entity who eats babies.

Story No. 4 Knight lived alone in his home. His mom worked in Manila, which is very far away. There was one time that he was watching anime alone in his room and heard knocking on his door. Being alone made this very scary and creepy. Then he heard from outside the door, “Nak, buksan mo ‘to!” (Son, open this door!), but his mother was working in Manila at the time, making her presence impossible. When he finally opened the door, no one was there. After this incident, he began having sleep paralysis and creepy lucid dreams. Did he really let someone in?

Story No. 5 Shoto lived with his family and moved to a newly renovated house. There was a time when he and his sibling were sleeping in their room, and a creepy shadow appeared at the door. When they saw the figure, they couldn’t scream or move. It was like a paralysis demon. The creepy part is that this was experienced by two people at the same time. When the shadow figure moved and jumped toward them, they regained their strength and ran away from the room crying.

Story No. 6 Haruka slept in the company-provided accommodation for her work. That night, she was staying in the house alone. She went to the toilet and then heard the sliding door open. This made her think someone else might be staying the night. But when she went out of the toilet, there was no light coming from any of the rooms. She was alone after all, and she thought maybe she was just hearing things. She didn’t mind it that night, but when the morning came, the caretaker told her that he saw someone standing in the house. That is when she realized that someone or something really did open that door that night.

Thank you for your creepy stories! It was really nerve-chilling hearing them directly from those who experienced this firsthand. There are many more stories that we heard, and they were also creepy!
